Simply works as promised. Diagnoses beyond traditional OBD scanners.
"Firstly thanks to consistent support from Total Car Diagnostics. We're a mechanic shop with 20-35 cars coming in daily and TOAD PRO has been useful in 85% of cases. Rest 15% need a OEM scanner (to scan OEM codes like ABS, Airbag, Electronics).
Furthermore TOAD certainly is by far the most painfully thorough and helpful scanner we've ever encountered for Engine diagnostics, showing issues instantly that even our top range SnapOn, Autel and Launch readers don't even come close to. Graphical interface is logical, well organized and once again extremely detailed in data reported. On Windows 8, we encountered crashes 10% of the time. I'm looking forward to future updates.
In conclusion well made decision and TOAD certainly has an edge over anything on the market I've ever seen. However it's not perfect, like nothing we use is. It all compliments each other end of the day."

Much better then handheld OBD-II Scantools
"Thank you very much to Total Car Diagnostics team. They've been been most helpful, courteous and prompt. I have enjoyed using your product over my handheld OBD-II Snapon scantool, and will recommend you guys to my car club members! Only downside, it doesn't do ABS & Airbag. Then again I understand those 2 parameters are only available on manufacturer specific scanners. However TOAD's ability to go deeper inside the Engine/Transmission systems is simply unmatched in any scanner I've used throughout my career."
